Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

**Some work may be required outside of normal business hours, including working occasional weekends**

Annual Salary Range: $52,500.00 to $65,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)

The Tecumseh Business Improvement Area (BIA) represents approximately 780 businesses and property owners in the Downtown Tecumseh area. The BIA runs many initiatives including Events, Beautification, Marketing, Governance, BIA Membership and the Tecumseh Dollars program.

The Tecumseh BIA is seeking a dynamic and community-oriented individual to join our team as the BIA Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a vital role in fostering the growth and success of local businesses within our vibrant community. The BIA Coordinator will be a crucial advocate for the Tecumseh BIA, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the success and sustainability of our local business community. The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to engaging with businesses within the area by business outreach and fostering engagement in the community.
