Tabouli by Eddy’s is launching a new menu on October 1st. Six months ago, they brought in a chef from Lebanon to build the menu around authentic Lebanese flavours with a fusion twist.
What’s on the new menu?
A few dishes are already getting attention, including soujok with labneh truffle and a trio hummus dip with regular, beet, and truffle hummus. The new menu also brings in fresh salads and a few new takes on classic Lebanese dishes.

From now until October 1st, Tabouli by Eddy’s is letting guests try the new menu ahead of the official launch. Guests are encouraged to share their feedback with Eddy and the new chef before the menu is finalized, and wine specials are available during this preview period.

The grand opening on October 1st brings the full celebration, with live music and belly dancing to go along with the new menu. There will also be new wine cocktail and mocktail lists, giving guests a few new ways to pair drinks with the food. It’s set up to feel like more of an event than a typical menu launch.
