Been waiting for the right moment to stock up on Tecumseh Dollars? This is it. Our Summer Sale is officially on and it might be the easiest way all year to support your favourite local shops while keeping a little extra cash in your own pocket.
Here’s the deal: for a limited time, shop online and get 20% off orders over $50, with free shipping on top. That’s real savings on a gift card you were probably going to use anyway.
How the Summer Sale works
Nice and simple. Here’s everything you need to know:
- 20% off every online order over $50
- $250 maximum per order
- Free shipping — no surprises at checkout
- Opens at 10 AM, and runs while supplies last
Since it’s a limited run, the cards go fast once the doors open. If there’s a shop you’ve been meaning to visit, grab your Tecumseh Dollars early. You can pick them up online here.
What are Tecumseh Dollars?
New to the program? Tecumseh Dollars are our community gift cards, and they work just like any gift card you already know. Buy them online, then spend them (or gift them) at local businesses right here in town. Every dollar you load stays in the community.
A few things people love about them:
- They never expire, so there’s no rush to spend
- They come in a range of amounts, from small stocking-stuffers to bigger gifts
- You can check your balance anytime with a quick scan
Use them at 50+ local spots
One card, dozens of options. Tecumseh Dollars are accepted at more than 50 local businesses, so you’re never locked into one place:
- Dining — restaurants, cafés, and bakeries
- Retail — boutiques, shoe stores, and specialty shops
- Services — salons, spas, fitness, and physiotherapy
- And more — home hardware and everyday essentials
That flexibility is exactly why they make such a great gift. You’re not guessing what someone wants — you’re handing them the freedom to pick their own favourite local experience.
Why shopping local matters
Every time you spend Tecumseh Dollars, you’re doing more than checking something off a list. You’re helping a neighbour keep their doors open and keeping our town vibrant and walkable. It’s a small choice that adds up to something big — and this sale makes it a little more rewarding.
