Content Shoot Waiver Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in our Tecumseh BIA Marketing Program!

Terms of Participation:

1. Participation Agreement: Your participation includes featuring your business on our social media platforms. To ensure fair representation, each business will receive one feature per calendar year. If timeslots are available, each business may participate in up to three feature reels per year.
2. Photo and Video Usage: You understand that by participating in these videos, the resulting videos and photos will not be provided to you for your marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Marketing Materials: Participation in this program does not include or confer any right to complimentary marketing materials. Should you wish to obtain marketing materials independently, you may do so by contacting ESC Marketing Agency directly to request a quote. All marketing materials remain subject to separate pricing and are not included as part of this program unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. SHOULD YOU NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THE SHOOT (after booking), PLEASE GIVE US 24HRS+ NOTICE
5. WE DO NOT COME TO HOME-BASED BUSINESSES. Other arrangements will be made for home-based businesses.
